Validation privacy notice
Your information, explained clearly.
Effective 22 August 2026. This notice applies to people who register interest in AUVORIQ private validation.
Who is responsible
PURE MELT GROUP LTD is the data controller. AUVORIQ is its trading name. Company number 17306034, registered in England and Wales. Registered office details are being updated and will be published when complete.
What we collect
We collect your email address, country, intended storage use, consent record and submission time. Your first name and written feedback are optional. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity numbers or files through the application form.
Why we use it
We use the information to review your application, select a small validation group, contact you about that validation, operate the validation safely and record your consent. Applying does not create an account or guarantee access.
Our legal basis
We rely on your consent for the validation application and related contact. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Who receives it
Access is limited to authorised people working on AUVORIQ and service providers needed to host and secure the form. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful or unanswered applications are deleted within six months of submission. If approved, the application record is kept for the validation period and up to twelve months afterwards for safety, audit and research administration, unless law requires longer retention.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. The AUVORIQ privacy mailbox is being activated. Until it is published here, you can withdraw consent by replying to any AUVORIQ validation message you receive. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and international use
We use access controls and hosted security measures to protect applications. No online system is risk-free. If information is processed outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards required by data-protection law.
Changes
We will update the effective date and this page when the notice changes materially. The consent statement shown when you apply links to the current version.
